The services offered include all aspects of construction planning, building site supervision and building site management.

The field of the construction planning is complemented by the elaboration of urban development concepts and analysis in order to prepare the development of a project.

Based on our long experience we are committed to combining the development of architectural concepts and structural engineering with the use of renewable energy.

Currently we are working on the following projects:

• A new development including the conversion of building F of the children's hospital Lindenhof in Berlin Lichtenberg into a psychiatric unit for 40 children and adolescents
• The development of a general concept for a new use of the existing building complex of the Lichtenberg hospital, classified as a historical monument
• The extension of a residential building in Teltow, near Berlin
• The modernisation of the Villa Zeppelin in Bad Saarow
• The concept for a garden city with approximately 70 units in Geldern/ Lower Rhine within the programme for 50 solar housing estates in North Rhine - Westphalia
• The addition of an extra storey to a residential building in the inner city of Aachen

Für die Arbeit von Grollmitz Zappe Architekten ist es selbstverständlich, dass die Umsetzung der Konzeption durch Computerprogramme (Autocad und Vector Works) unterstützt wird. Darüber hinaus gehört zum Büroalltag eine zeitgemäße Kommunikation mit E-Mail oder ISDN-Datenaustausch, wobei jedoch der direkte und persönliche Kontakt zwischen allen am Projekt Beteiligten im Vordergrund steht.
